To pay On arrival To Lampo Agency
Tourist tax is not included in the price.
Jesolo € 1,00 per person per day for maximum 10 nights.
Children until 9,99 years old are free of charge.
Period of application of the tax from 1st March to 31th December.
Unless further modifies made by the authorities.
Cavallino € 0,70 per person per day for maximum 30 days.
From the 31st day € 20,00 as lump sum for each adult.
Children until 11,99 years old are free of charge.
Period of application of the tax from 1st May to 30th September.

Deposit: € 100,00 (payable storing the credit card details as guarantee or in cash). For groups of youth a deposit of € 50.00 to € 100.00 per person is required.
In case of cash deposit and departure outside office hours, the deposit will be returned with a banktransfer at the cost of € 5,00, only against restitution of the original “deposit coupon”.
The flats must be clean and tidied up before leaving (i.e. cleared out of rubbish, empty boxes, bottles etc, the cupboard shelves must be clean, the cutlery and all crockery washed, the fridge empty and defrosted). Breakings or damages have to be refunded at market price.
As a guarantee against accidental breakings and damages, and of the commitment of the customer to leave the flat in the same conditions as found, the deposit must be paid upon arrival when collecting the keys. The deposit will be returned on the departure day, after the flat has been checked.
The apartment must be left in order and clean (free of rubbish, bottles etc. the saucepans clean and the fridge empty and defrosted) otherwise cleaning contribution of € 55,00 will be charged according to the condition of the apartment.
Beach service is obligatory.
You will receive a sun umbrella, one sun bed and one chair at the beach for each rented apartment.
The allocation of spaces on the beach doesn't depend on the Agency but is down to the Local Authority.
The “pass” that will allow you to access your reserved space on the beach is available in our office.
"Pass" not available for Green Village. Ask by yourself to Arenile Mazzini, Lido dei Lombardi or Consorzio Augustus.
Beach place is included on Costa del Sol booking.

The swimming-pools are open from mid-May to mid-September. The management reserves possible changes: please ask to the agency staff.
